Members of the PES team provided executive consultancy services to the Beijing Organising Committee for the Olympic Games on all aspects of the Torch Relay program.

PES staff, as employees of the organising committee, directed and managed every aspect of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Queens Baton Relay planning and operational phases, from concept through to implementation and delivery.

PES staffs, directly employed by the Organising Committee were responsible for every facet of planning and delivery of the Doha 2006 Asian Games Torch Relay and with project managing other Games programs.

Through a partnership with Nework Communications in Rome and the Torino 2006 Organising Committee, members of the PES team planned and implemented the operational aspects of the Torino 2006 Winter Olympic Games Torch Relay.

Members of the PES team were contracted by the Australian Rugby Union for the creative design, marketing and operational delivery of the Rugby True Colours Tour a 100 day promotional tour around Australia in the lead up to the 2003 Rugby World Cup.

PES through its President Di Henry, were responsible for the overall management and direction of the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games Queens Jubilee Baton Relay with its staff filling all senior management roles.

Produced by Avery Events, members of the PES team were responsible for the advance reconnaissance planning, local government liaison and for the operational delivery of food and beverage elements.

As employees of the Organising Committee, members of the PES team were fully responsible for the planning, management and operational delivery of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Torch Relay and the delivery of the Olympic flame to the Games Opening Ceremony.

As an extension of their roles with the Sydney 2000 Olympic Torch Relay, members of the PES team, were also responsible for the delivery of all facets of the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Torch Relay.

Whilst better known for our extensive experience in planning and staging relays for various games organisations we also have experience with project managing Opening & Closing Ceremonies and Medal Ceremonies.
